I have experience as a Customer Service Representative, handling internet troubleshooting, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service provisioning.
I also have experience in inbound sales, assisting both prospective and existing customers with product inquiries, new purchases, and plan upgrades.
Lastly, I have experience providing airline customer support through chat, assisting customers with their travel-related concerns and inquiries.
I may not have direct experience as a Virtual Assistant yet, but I believe my background has prepared me for this role. Those experiences taught me how to communicate professionally, solve problems under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized while working with different types of customers.
