Hi, I’m -----------.
I built my real estate career from the ground up.
I started in 2021 as a cold caller but I wasn’t trained to just qualify leads. I was trained to close. I learned how to uncover pain points, build real conversations, and negotiate deals in one call. For months, I worked with the Four Pillars of a Motivated Seller - condition, timeline, motivation, and price - to bring money in the door.
Two books shaped how I operate to this day:
“You Can’t Teach a Kid to Ride a Bike at a Seminar” taught me how to sell with a system, even as an introvert.
“Never Split the Difference” taught me how to communicate with clarity and empathy and how to create real win-win outcomes in every negotiation.
But I didn’t stop there.
With almost a decade of experience in customer service, sales, and managing people, I stepped into a contractor role leading outbound marketing for a real estate investor. I became the lead manager — and I got to work. I learned the tools inside and out: REIReply (GoHighLevel), Launch Control, PropStream, BatchLeads, Privy, PropertyRadar, CRMs, dialers. I figured out how to write SMS campaigns that were effective and 10DLC-compliant. I pulled government lists like probates, preforeclosures, water shut off and code violations. And I built a system that brought in consistent revenue - not by chance, but by design.
When the business started scaling, I trained and mentored other VAs to run with me. I built SOPs, coached cold callers, and kept the entire front-end marketing machine running.
I didn’t just stay on the acquisitions side. I put the same effort into dispositions - finding buyers, qualifying them, and building real relationships. I created systems to organize outreach, track responses, and move deals across the finish line. That’s where I started to see the bigger picture - how marketing, acquisitions, and dispositions all connect.
What helped me pull that off? I have a degree in Computer Science. That technical background allowed me to learn fast, handle complex tools, and connect systems without needing constant direction. I don’t just think like an operator — I think in workflows, logic, and outcomes.
And through all of this, what’s kept me going is mindset.
I see the world as full of opportunity. You don’t need everything figured out. You just need to be willing to work, improve, and keep showing up. I’ve always believed in abundance - and I’m looking to bring value to business owners who see things the same way.
