How that works

I take the schedule end to end — bookings, confirmations, reminders, reschedules, callouts, and finding coverage when someone drops.
I hire and onboard your contractors: sourcing, screening, first-round interviews, agreements, background checks, and system setup.
I write the SOPs you don't have, so your next hire can be trained instead of shadowed.
I build the KPI tracking and send one daily and one weekly brief, so you stop having to ask where things stand.
I keep the books clean in QuickBooks — reconciliation, AP/AR, invoicing, categorization.
I own client and team communication across email, phone, and text so you're not the bottleneck.

What that's produced: an operation that moved from ad hoc owner requests to a fixed weekly reporting rhythm, with accounts payable held at zero and a reconciled balance sheet. In one case the owner expanded my role from admin support to full operations management inside 30 days.
