I prepare weekly reports and manage outreach to support platform growth. I also work directly with CEO and Head of Service as a Personal Assistant, managing client onboarding and account setup, aftercare processes, follow-ups, and client communications including welcome emails, updates, and announcements. I prepare reports, track client progress, attend meetings, and create accurate meeting minutes while handling general administrative and customer support tasks.
I have over 8 years of experience across administrative support, customer service, and operations, with a background in airline ticketing and travel coordination. I am proficient in Amadeus, Salesforce CRM, Xero Accounting Software, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QMS booking systems, and AI tools such as Perplexity, Gamma AI, ChatGPT and Claude.
I am available for full-time or part-time work during US time zones, UK time zones and I am looking for a long-term role with a team where I can contribute consistently and grow.
