- Coordinate with manufacturers on product adjustments, material options, packaging, and functionality
-Developed clear, customer-focused copy for product box packaging, instruction manuals, and FAQs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand voice while reducing customer confusion and support inquiries.
- Work closely with designers and creatives on box packaging, card inserts and instruction manual design.
- Review samples and provide feedback for further refinement
- Finalize approved products and handover to Supply Chain/Procurement for mass production
- Ensure smooth transition from development to operations with clear documentation and process flow
