I resolve the insurance problems that stall PT and rehab clinics—denied claims, blocked authorizations, and benefit verification errors that cost practices revenue every week they go unfixed.

For nearly 3 years I've worked as a Benefit Verification Lead, handling Tricare, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Kaiser, and HMO plans daily. I don't just check "is this patient covered" - I catch the errors that get claims denied before they're ever submitted: mismatched copay fields, missing authorization overrides, and PT chart sign-offs blocked by incomplete Verification Benefit/Patient Payment Agreement Form entries. I know Tricare's authorization rules well enough to use the RADS Tool independently, which most VAs never learn.

Beyond verification, I've built the SOPs, trackers, and training systems my clinic now runs on—including the process documentation new hires learn from.
