Hi, I'm Mark. I've been in the IT industry for around 12 years. I started my career in desktop support and eventually into network security and firewall administration.

Most recently, I worked as a Firewall Engineer, where I supported thousands of customer environments using Fortinet and Cisco Meraki firewalls and other network equipment’s. My responsibilities included monitoring firewall health, troubleshooting connectivity issues, reviewing logs and traffic, implementing policy changes based on customer requests, and working with different teams to resolve network and security incidents.

Over the years, I've developed a strong foundation in networking, troubleshooting, and security, and I'm now looking for an opportunity where I can build on that experience, strengthen my technical skills, and take on new challenges. I'm also interested in continuing to grow in the network security field while contributing my experience to the organization.

Outside of work, I like staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I regularly go to the gym and enjoy playing basketball whenever I have free time. I also enjoy spending time with friends, whether it's grabbing coffee, catching up, or just relaxing after a busy week.
