Profile Description

I am a licensed Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer with experience in mathematics tutoring, engineering instruction, academic content development, technical research, and online training support.

Since 2024, I have worked with an online engineering licensure review center as Chief of Staff, academic lesson preparer, and engineering lecturer. I prepare lessons, practice questions, assessments, and structured review materials, support academic operations, manage online learning resources, and explain technical concepts through clear, step-by-step instruction.

I also currently tutor three U.S.-based students in mathematics through Zoom using Khan Academy, digital whiteboards, guided practice, and individualized learning strategies. After every session, I provide their parent with a written progress report covering topics discussed, observed difficulties, and recommended practice.

My teaching philosophy is student-centered and adaptive. I believe every learner has a unique combination of strengths, learning preferences, thinking patterns, and personality. I therefore spend time understanding how each student learns and continuously adjust pacing, explanations, examples, practice activities, and levels of support as the student develops.

For younger students who struggle to sustain attention, I may use positive reinforcement, short low-pressure challenges, interactive mathematics games, visual models, and simulations when appropriate. I use resources such as Khan Academy, Math games, browser-based interactive science and math simulations, and digital whiteboards to make lessons more engaging while keeping every activity connected to a specific learning objective.

In addition to tutoring and instruction, I have experience in technical research, academic-content development, engineering documentation, patent searching and drafting support, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AutoCAD, online learning platforms, GeoGebra, and AI-assisted research and content development. I am also proficient in LaTeX for mathematical typesetting, equation formatting, worked solutions, and structured academic content preparation.
