I have been in the field of IT, Marketing, Aviation, FinTech, and professional services that I have been able to handle end-to-end hiring, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop talent plans that can be applied and actually perform in the real world, rather than solely on paper.
What is my *ME at work? Simply, I combine findings and a human touch.
