I have strong experience in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounting transactions, and meeting deadlines.

My US bookkeeping experience includes month-end closing, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, roll forwards, financial statements, payroll journal entries, and bank transaction imports using QuickBooks Online. I also have experience reviewing account balances, identifying discrepancies and reconciling items, and ensuring transactions are properly recorded and supported.

In Accounts Payable, I have handled vendor invoice processing and review, invoice coding, supporting documentation, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. My Property Accounting experience includes property-level financial reporting, bank reconciliations, expense monitoring, transaction analysis, accounting schedules, and month-end closing.

I also have a strong background in general accounting and Philippine taxation, including EWT and Input VAT reports, financial statements, sales and expense reports, depreciation and amortization schedules, business tax budgets and forecasts, annual sales reports, and BIR registration and renewal requirements. I have worked with QuickBooks Online, Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
