Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the Brand & MarComms department. The position's responsibilities will
develop and expand over time to meet changing business and market needs. Expected to accept these changes and take on the role
of developing both personally and by taking the most chances inside the organization.

Assists the Onboard Training Officer in facilitating the requirements of the Midshipmen prior to their embarkation and disembarkation process of their documents. Provides frontline services for documentation and monitoring records under the Onboard Training Office. Prepares Weekly, Monthly, Semestral, and Annual reports of the department for submission and filing. Manages 201 Files and database of Midshipmen Apprentices and Cadets from enrollment to employment. Assists Cadets undergoing the Shipboard Training supervised by Department Heads.

Meetings ▪ Schedule department meetings (APAC Marketing meetings, Department meetings, etc.) ▪ Prepare agenda and coordinate with presenters. ▪ Collect presentations, upload them in shared drive, and distribute them to attendees. ▪ Arrange logistics, as needed. ▪ Prepare presentations, as needed.

Responsible for collections, bank transactions, and safekeeping of Official Receipt booklet. Generated daily financial reports on collections and expenses. Petty cash custodian and records keeper. Handled the midshipmen accounts, monitor adherence to payment schedule, and examination guidelines.

Reporting ▪ Prepare and present regular reports (monthly brand report, monthly marketing budget report, and other reports as required) ▪ Conduct desk research, as required.

Budget ▪ Work with IT to develop, maintain and enhance the marketing budget system. ▪ Act as administrator, performing maintenance tasks as needed and coordinating with IT to resolve issues. ▪ Generate monthly budget reports.
