Social Media Manager with Graphic Design Skills

For almost a year with my current employer, I have gained extensive experience using Freshdesk and Freshworks as part of my role in providing email and chat support. My responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through timely and professional communication. I handle a variety of support requests—ranging from troubleshooting concerns to providing product information—while ensuring that each interaction is accurately documented and tracked within Freshdesk. Through this experience, I have developed strong multitasking skills, proficiency in navigating CRM tools, and a deep understanding of effective customer service delivery in a fast-paced, digital environment.

I began using Canva during my college years to create engaging projects and publicity materials for school organisations. This experience allowed me to develop a strong eye for design and an understanding of visual communication. Over time, my skills evolved from producing academic and organisational content to providing commissioned design services for business owners. I created professional graphics, promotional materials, and social media content tailored to their branding needs. This journey not only enhanced my creativity and efficiency in using Canva’s tools but also turned my passion for design into a source of income, building connections and experience in freelance digital design.

I have been using Google Workspace for over 10 years, starting from my Junior High School years up to the present. Throughout this time, I have become highly proficient with its suite of tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, and Gmail, for both academic and professional purposes. I regularly use these applications for document creation, data organization, presentations, collaboration, and communication, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in my work. My long-term familiarity with Google Workspace has strengthened my digital productivity, file management, and teamwork skills, allowing me to adapt seamlessly to collaborative online environments and maintain a well-organized workflow across different tasks and projects.

My journey with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator began in college, where I used them to design creative projects and promotional materials for various campus organizations. These early experiences honed my sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual communication. As I grew more confident with the tools, I transitioned from creating school-related content to offering freelance design services for entrepreneurs and small businesses. I have since produced brand-aligned visuals, including marketing assets, social media graphics, and promotional designs. Working with Adobe Creative Suite has deepened my artistic and technical expertise, transforming what started as a personal interest into a professional avenue that connects creativity with real-world impact.

I did most of my recent Video Editing works in CapCut.

I have been using Microsoft 365 since Senior High School and continue to utilize it up to the present. Over the years, I have developed strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive, applying these tools for both academic and professional tasks. I use Microsoft 365 to create and edit documents, manage data, design presentations, and coordinate communications, ensuring productivity and precision in every project. This consistent experience has enhanced my technical skills, organization, and collaboration abilities, enabling me to work efficiently in both individual and team settings while maintaining a high standard of digital professionalism.

I am a beginner in using Figma, currently exploring its features to enhance my design workflow and collaboration skills. My experience so far has involved creating simple layouts, experimenting with interface design, and familiarizing myself with Figma’s tools for prototyping and real-time collaboration. Although I’m still in the early stages of learning, I’m eager to develop my proficiency and apply Figma more effectively in future projects. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of UI/UX design principles and mastering the platform to produce polished, user-centered digital designs.
