* Content + Website Management: I help upload and format blog posts (mainly via WordPress), create basic graphics using Canva, and assist with social content when needed.

* SEO + Blog Writing: I have experience with on-page SEO and can create content using AI tools that’s aligned with your brand and audience.

* Team & Task Coordination: I’ve managed a team of writers/editors, handled payroll, assigned tasks, and made sure everyone had what they needed to meet deadlines.

* E-commerce + Customer Support: I have managed Shopify account and can help manage stores and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism.

* Recruitment + Personal Tasks: I’ve supported hiring processes from screening to scheduling, and I’m also happy to help with travel bookings, online purchases, and personal errands.
