Canva has been one of the most valuable tools in my daily workflow. I use it to design professional graphics for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and personal projects. Through hands-on practice and self-learning, I’ve gained a strong understanding of how to work with templates, customize layouts, apply brand elements, and create visually appealing content that fits specific goals or client needs. What I love most about Canva is how it allows creativity and functionality to meet in one user-friendly platform. I’ve used it to create sample works like Instagram posts, Facebook banners, YouTube thumbnails, business cards, and simple presentations — all with attention to detail and alignment with brand identity. I’ve also learned how to organize folders, collaborate through shared links, and export designs in the correct formats. Whether it’s for building a brand’s online presence or simply making everyday tasks look polished and engaging, Canva has helped me bring ideas to life in a fast and effective way. I’m confident in using it not only for personal use but especially to support future clients in creating high-quality visuals that stand out.

I’ve gained solid experience using Microsoft Office 365, and I’m confident in handling its core programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I use these tools to complete a wide range of administrative and creative tasks, whether it’s writing and formatting professional documents, organizing data, preparing presentations, or managing emails and schedules. In Microsoft Word, I can create well-structured reports, business letters, and templates with proper formatting and layout. In Excel, I know how to organize and analyze data using tables and charts to present information clearly. In PowerPoint, I design clean, organized, and visually engaging slides for training, client presentations, and marketing decks. I also explore OneDrive for cloud storage and file sharing, which supports efficient collaboration and access across multiple devices. Microsoft Office 365 is a versatile suite that I use regularly to stay productive, organized, and client-ready. I’m confident in using it for both personal work and team-based projects, and I continue to improve my skills through hands-on experience and learning.
