I’m comfortable working with Windows and Mac environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and standard networking gear. I’ve also worked with various RMM and PSA tools like ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Autotask to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of tickets.
