About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist to support our creative business in music for advertising and film. This is a part-time, remote role (3–4 hours/day) designed for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and helping creative professionals execute efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives on track, maintaining client pipelines, and supporting marketing efforts—essentially acting as a reliable operational counterpart to a fast-moving, creative founder who moves quickly across creative and strategic projects. The ideal assistant is someone who anticipates next steps, keeps track of ongoing tasks, and ensures deadlines are met—effectively acting as an operational “co-pilot.”
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
* Maintain and update sales and prospect lists
* Track down client
* Assist with outreach campaigns for
* Create simple reports on lead outreach success
* Conduct basic research on market trends and potential partnerships
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
* Send reminders and progress updates
* Assist in drafting proposals or pitch
* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, calendar management, and reminders
Social Media & Marketing Support
* Schedule and post content to social platforms
* Monitor engagement metrics
* Assist in promoting new projects or releases
