JOB OVERVIEW

This is me: ---------- /itsjurgita

I am a fashion, beauty, and travel content creator working with top luxury brands (Prada, Armani, 5-star hotels, etc.). I’m looking for a **long-term Executive Virtual Assistant** to help me coordinate brand collaborations, keep projects organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a short-term project. My last assistant worked with me for 5 years, and I’m now looking for the next key person to join my growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all collaborations from start to finish (emails, deadlines, deliverables)
- Manage inbox and calendar, ensuring professional and polite communication
- Negotiate with brands and PR agencies to secure the best deals
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Collect and send campaign reports (views, clicks, reach)
- Research and reach out to new brands, hotels, and PR agencies
- Keep ClickUp fully updated with tasks and timelines
- Keep me accountable, organized, and on schedule

Requirements:

- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable (this is the most important)
- Excellent written and spoken English; polite and professional communication
- Proactive: keeps things moving without waiting to be reminded
- Confident in negotiation and handling business emails
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace (CapCut a plus)
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships is a bonus, but not required
- Must be available to work Zurich (Europe) time zone
