About the Role:
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support sales operations, executive execution, and operational analysis.
This is not a general VA role. You will be responsible for executing well-defined SOPs with precision, exercising judgment in ambiguous situations, and communicating professionally with senior-level prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders. At times, you will also be asked to review, analyze, and summarize data in spreadsheets to support decision-making.
You will work closely with Spark’s leadership team. Accuracy, discretion, and strong written communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and respond to LinkedIn and
- Schedule meetings for executives while adhering to strict calendar rules
- Maintain accurate CRM records (contacts, deals, notes) in HubSpot
- Send follow-ups and reminders according to timing guidelines
- Prepare internal notes and summaries for upcoming meetings
- Review and analyze spreadsheet-based data to surface insights or flag issues
- Coordinate work across LinkedIn,
- Flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies to leadership when appropriate
- Escalate questions when guidance is needed rather than guessing
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong written English (clear, professional, concise)
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or sales teams
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
- Comfort working with tools such as:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Sheets)
- Calendly or similar scheduling tools
- CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, not required)
- Comfort reviewing and working with spreadsheet data (filtering, organizing, summarizing)
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks without reminders
- Reliable home internet and computer
