JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, fast-learning Virtual Assistant & Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, bring structure, and move things forward without constant oversight.

This role combines execution + coordination + ownership across both personal and business operations.

Core Responsibilities

1. Project Management (Primary Focus)
Manage new projects, ideas, and initiatives from A ? Z
Create structure, timelines, and clear overviews
Track progress and ensure execution actually happens
Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively

2. Event & Community Support
Help organize events (The Enlightenment)
Coordinate logistics and communication
Support WhatsApp groups and community structure

3. Content & Communication Support
Assist with posting content
Light copywriting and formatting
Coordinate with editors, designers, and tea ---------- mbers

4. Operations & Admin
Inbox and calendar management
Organizing documents, systems, and workflows
Booking travel, restaurants, and logistics
Handling day-to-day admin tasks

Comfortable with responsibility and ownership
Tech-savvy and able to learn tools fast

Remote (Europe-friendly timezone preferred)
