Bickham Services Unlimited, LLC is a U.S.-based staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions firm
supporting public-sector, nonprofit, and private-sector clients. As a growing organization, we’re looking
for a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor) to support our
administrative operations, communications, and digital presence.
This is a 100% remote, offshore contractor role with flexible scheduling, requiring consistent availability
during U.S. business hours. This engagement is part-time to start, with the potential for increased hours
and a long-term working relationship based on performance and business needs.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, communication, and marketing support, including:
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar management and scheduling
• Organizing and maintaining digital files (SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Document preparation and general administrative support
• Managing inboxes and drafting professional responses
• Coordinating and executing
• Answering and making calls using a virtual phone system
• Supporting client communications and follow-ups
• Managing and supporting social media presence
• Writing engaging blog content and assisting with content planning
• Creating basic marketing and branded materials using Canva
• Assisting with client onboarding and engagement activities
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

Contractor Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours (with flexibility)
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with staffing and recruiting industry workflows and terminology
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or executives
• Experience with CRM, HR, or applicant tracking systems
