JOB OVERVIEW

The Regulatory & Compliance Coordinator is an integral role for the day-to-day operation at Brand Maven Consulting. This role will coordinate the preparation and timely submission of regulatory and compliance documents for the feed, fertilizer and pest ---------- industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual who is passionate and intelligent, with strong organizational skills and has experience in the legal field.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Government Application Management: Prepare, submit, and manage renewals and reporting for fertilizers, soil amendments, inoculants feed, and pest ---------- in the US.
- Product Registration Support: Assist in preparing, submitting, filing, and tracking new product registration applications.
- Digital File Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
- Regulatory Research: Research and document USA fertilizer regulations and requirements in each state.
- Client Communication: Professionally communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Team Support: Assist in leading and building a team to enhance operational efficiency.
- This is a direct-hire full-time position. Hours are largely flexible.

Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately handle important documents and data.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital tools and software for file management.
- Experience: Prior experience in regulatory compliance, government documentation, or related administrative roles is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in fertilizers, agrochemical products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or related products is a plus but not required.
