Bridgeway Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable Transaction Coordinator & Executive Assistant to support our real estate operations and leadership team.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping people and processes organized, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The right person is proactive, dependable, an excellent communicator, and comfortable interacting with clients, agents, title companies, vendors, and other professionals. You should be a genuine people person who can provide a professional and positive experience while keeping transactions and administrative responsibilities moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
-Transaction Coordination
-Coordinate real estate transactions from contract through closing.
-Track important dates, deadlines, documents, contingencies, and closing requirements.
-Maintain organized and accurate transaction files.
-Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, title/escrow companies, attorneys, lenders, vendors, and other parties as needed.
-Follow up consistently to ensure required documents and action items are completed on time.
-Assist with scheduling inspections, appointments, closings, and other transaction-related activities.
-Provide regular updates on transaction status and immediately flag potential delays or problems.
-Help ensure every transaction progresses smoothly and professionally from beginning to end.
-Executive & Administrative Support
-Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership.
-Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
-Organize
-Assist with phone calls, correspondence, data entry, and administrative tasks.
-Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and business partners.
-Keep track of priorities and outstanding action items.
-Anticipate needs and proactively follow up rather than waiting to be asked.
-Help improve administrative systems and processes as the company grows.
-Handle sensitive business and client information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Language Requirements
Fluent English is required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred and is a major plus for this position.
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Remote Work Requirements
This position is 100% remote, but candidates must be consistently available during Bridgeway Homes' required working hours:
9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
The position will generally require 30–40 hours per week.
Candidates should have:
A reliable computer.
Reliable high-speed internet.
A quiet, professional workspace.
The ability to reliably make and receive calls and participate in video meetings.
Consistent availability during required Eastern Time working hours.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
-Real estate transaction coordination.
-Real estate administration.
-Executive or personal assistant roles.
-Administrative coordination.
-Title, escrow, mortgage, or closing-related work.
-Customer service or client-facing roles.
Previous real estate experience is highly preferred, but we also value candidates who are exceptionally organized, motivated, quick learners, and strong communicators.
