We’re looking for someone exceptional to support a fast-paced brand and creative lead. This role goes far beyond handling admin — it’s about becoming a trusted right hand to someone with high standards, tight timelines, and a lot of responsibility.
What we’re looking for:
Highly intelligent (IQ 130+ preferred)
Prior experience as an EA or in a similar high-responsibility support role
Remote work experience is required — you must already know how to communicate well, stay organized, and deliver results in a fully remote setup
Female preferred
Ideally under 30 — with energy, initiative, and excellent judgment
Great taste — an eye for quality and aesthetics
Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
Bonus: background in design (Figma, etc.)
Extra points if you studied at UP, Ateneo, La Salle, or another top university
The role: You’ll be the go-to person for managing calendars, organizing tasks and follow-ups, streamlining processes, and making sure the person you support can move fast without missing a beat. Expect a high level of trust, fast turnarounds, and clear feedback.
