My name is Adam, Founder and CEO of HubLearn Group.
I am looking for a highly professional, proactive, and independent Executive Assistant to support me directly and contribute to scaling a global, mission-driven company.
This is a long-term collaboration (2+ years). You will play a key role in our growth while developing your own skills and potential.
Due to my international schedule, your working hours will align with your time zone. I focus on results—not time spent. You will be paid the same whether tasks take 80 or 200 hours monthly. What matters is output and growth.
HubLearn Group’s mission is to increase access to knowledge, tools, and opportunities for people and businesses with limited resources worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Organising, coordinating, and communicating with stakeholders globally—from government level to local partners—ensuring we stay ahead of meetings and priorities
• Calendar and meeting management
• Executing tasks via voice memos, calls, and written instructions
• Supporting and updating global donation programs
• Creating written content and supporting social media
• Managing business
• Proofreading and refining content
• Acting proactively and anticipating needs
• Ghostwriting and copywriting (sales-focused and empowering content)
• Social media management across platforms
• Administrative support (largely automated)
This role is for someone proactive, curious, and independent—someone who contributes, not just follows instructions.
