JOB OVERVIEW

I run operations for a U.S.-based construction business that works on cemetery construction, granite installation, cremation gardens, private mausoleums, and facility management projects.

I am looking for a reliable remote Executive Assistant who can help me stay organized, manage communication, track projects, and keep important details from falling through the cracks.

This is not a basic admin role. This role is a mix of executive assistant work, CRM management, project coordination, document tracking, and light construction support.
