About the Company:
We operate multiple US-based home service brands specializing in garage doors and home improvement. Our dedicated strategy team handles Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and campaign optimization—while you focus on execution, operations management, and executive support.
We're building a serious, long-term remote team with real growth potential.

Position Overview
We're seeking one highly capable Remote Operations & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines:

Executive & Personal Assistance
Operations & CRM Management
Marketing Execution Support

You must be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage and organize email inbox
Respond to emails as directed
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Schedule calls and book travel arrangements
Track tasks and follow-ups
Handle general administrative duties

Marketing Execution Support

Duplicate and edit Google Ads campaigns (cities, phone numbers, keywords)
Duplicate and edit Facebook campaigns
Update landing pages using WordPress/Elementor
Upload tracking numbers and edit page content
Assist with performance reporting
Create basic marketing assets as needed

Note: Strategy is handled by our team—you'll focus on execution. However, you must understand how these platforms function.
CRM & Operations Management

Manage lead pipelines and track conversions
Monitor calls and form submissions
Coordinate dispatch operations
Maintain internal systems and data accuracy

Required Qualifications
? Must Have:

Operational experience with Google Ads
Experience with Facebook Ads
WordPress/landing page editing skills
CRM platform experience
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Ability to follow Loom video instructions
Exceptional attention to detail and execution
