JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive senior VA to support a busy business executive across multiple businesses and projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, staying ahead of tasks, and helping an executive operate at their highest level.

What You'll Do
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Organize emails and handle inbox management
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas or notes
Assist with project coordination and task tracking
Follow up with clients, partners, and vendors
Maintain documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Handle CRM leads, meetings, and follow up

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Years of experience being a VA
Proactive and able to work independently
Has an experience with CRM's
