We’re an AI-forward SaaS and technology company looking for a highly experienced SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to work closely with company leadership in a fast-moving, communication-heavy environment.

This is a high-trust role requiring strong judgment, responsiveness, discretion, and independence. You will maintain visibility across executive communications, particularly Slack and email, understand the context behind conversations, identify what needs attention or escalation, and independently handle what does not require executive involvement.

You should be able to keep up with a high volume of information without needing constant direction.

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Stay on top of Slack, email, requests, and executive correspondence throughout the workday.
* Identify urgent or important matters and escalate them appropriately.
* Determine what requires leadership involvement and what you can resolve independently.
* Track decisions, requests, commitments, and follow-ups through completion.
* Catch unanswered messages, missing information, and stalled next steps before they become problems.
* Compile information across conversations and provide clear, concise summaries.
* Respond, coordinate, and follow up on behalf of leadership when appropriate.
* Maintain awareness of what leadership is waiting on, expecting, or needs to act on.
* Manage scheduling, meetings, documentation, and day-to-day executive support.
* Coordinate between leadership, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 5 to 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or company leadership.
* Excellent written communication and comprehension.
* Strong judgment around urgency, confidentiality, priority, and escalation.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to retain context across ongoing conversations.
* Strong follow-through. You notice when something has not been answered or completed and act on it.
* Comfortable making decisions and figuring things out without waiting for detailed instructions.
* Highly proficient with Slack and comfortable working in a communication-heavy, asynchronous environment.
* AI-savvy and comfortable learning and working with new technology.
* Consistently responsive, dependable, and organized.
