Role Summary
Looking for a reliable detailed-oriented Executive Admin to directly support the VP of Sales with CRM management, reporting, scheduling, day-to-day operations, and sales documentation.
Responsibilities
-Calendar & meeting management for VP of Sales
-CRM updates (leads, deals, notes, pipeline)
-Prepare quotes, contracts, invoices, and sales docs
-Sales reports, tracking, and summaries
-Follow-ups and coordination with internal teams
-Handle assigned customer or sales tasks
Requirements
-Executive Assistant or Sales Admin experience
-Excellent English (written & spoken)
-Strong attention to detail & organization
-CRM experience required
-Google Workspace / MS Office
-Reliable internet & quiet workspace
Nice to Have
-Experience supporting U.S. executives
-High-ticket or e-commerce sales background
