JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who not only completes tasks—but solves problems, thinks critically, and communicates honestly. Your main mission? To remove operational weight off the CEO’s shoulders by taking responsibility for running the business day-to-day, delegating tasks, and ensuring things get done—so the CEO can stay focused on growth, relationships, and vision.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented but also loves strategy, systems, and thinking ahead. You’ll help scale Stay Rested, manage a small team, and keep revenue optimization running smoothly across our short-term and mid-term rental portfolio.

Role Highlights

Schedule: 8–12 hours/week to start

Compensation: $4/hour

Growth: Long-term role with potential to expand hours and responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Revenue Management

Adjust pricing and availability in PriceLabs and Hospitable

Use AirDNA to identify market trends and opportunities

Implement strategies to reduce vacancy and increase nightly rates

Strategic Executive Support

Prioritize and protect the CEO’s time by managing to-do lists, calendars, and team tasks

Bring structure and focus to the business through planning and systems

Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement them

Follow up on projects to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Team Management & Growth

Oversee and train staff who perform weekly listing boosts

Assign tasks, ensure accountability, and keep communication clear

Collaborate with marketing to grow direct bookings and expand mid-term rental strategy (intern housing, relocations, insurance stays, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

Hands-on experience with PriceLabs, AirDNA, and property management software (Hospitable)

Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and other OTAs

Organized & Strategic – You manage moving parts easily and love streamlining workflows

Proactive & Self-Directed – You don’t need micromanaging—you take initiative

Honest & Accountable – If something’s not working, you say it and help fix it

Communicative – You’re direct and respectful. If you disagree with the boss, you speak up—you won’t be shut down for it

Long-Term Minded – This isn’t a short-term gig. We want someone excited to grow into more hours and deeper responsibility over time

Bonus Skills

Real estate transaction coordination experience (KW Command, contracts, deadlines)

Executive assistant experience (calendars, systems, CRMs)

Canva, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and CRM management

Work Details

Remote | Part-Time | 8–12 hours/week to start

Must be available during some U.S. Pacific Time hours
