JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Recruitment Admin & Reporting Assistant to keep our hiring operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This role centers on recruitment reporting, sourcing support, job-posting management, tracker upkeep, and day-to-day coordination with the selection team.

The right person is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in recruitment or HR administration. You're comfortable living in spreadsheets, juggling multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced remote selection team.

Role Details
• Rate: $1,000/month
• Position: Full-time, long-term
• Work Setup: Remote
• Commitment: Full-time only (no other active jobs)

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, organize, and regularly update selection trackers and spreadsheets
• Build and improve templates, reporting tabs, and operational workflows
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly selection reports for leadership
• Monitor team performance metrics, hiring numbers, and bonus tracking
• Manage job postings across platforms — remove duplicates, refresh expired ads, and improve listing quality
• Source candidates daily on platforms such as ZipRecruiter and Indeed
• Coordinate closely with selection coordinators and sourcers, including follow-ups, reminders, and workflow support
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, meetings, and general recruitment admin
• Update and maintain selection team SOPs, systems, and workflows, including CRM and automation tools

What We're Looking For
• Previous admin experience supporting recruitment or HR teams preferred
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, CRMs, and automation tools
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong written communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
