Legal Intake Assistant (US Law Firm, Full Time, Night Shift)

Are you confident on the phone and great at making people feel taken care of? We are looking for a reliable Legal Intake Assistant to be the first voice clients hear and keep a busy US law firm running behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Answer every incoming call live and make callers feel taken care of
- Qualify leads and book paid consultations
- Transfer the calls that need the attorney straight to him
- Run client intake in Clio Grow
- Follow up with leads who go quiet
- Keep matters, tasks, and deadlines up to date in Clio Grow and Clio Manage
- Manage the calendar and day-to-day client email
- Send an end-of-day report each day

Schedule
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central, which is about 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time
