Do you love a clean spreadsheet, a well-organized pipeline, and the satisfaction of knowing every number in a report is right? We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Executive Assistant to be the organizational backbone of our selection team.

In this role, you'll keep our hiring engine moving: updating trackers, producing the reports leadership relies on, keeping job postings fresh, making follow-up calls to candidates, and keeping the whole selection team coordinated. If you're the person teams lean on to keep things on track, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own
- Keep recruitment trackers and spreadsheets accurate, organized, and up to date
- Create and improve templates, reporting tabs, and day-to-day workflows
- Put together clear, accurate daily and weekly recruitment reports for leadership
- Track team performance metrics, hiring numbers, and bonus figures
- Manage our job postings across platforms: clear out duplicates, refresh expired ads, and sharpen listing quality
- Make follow-up calls to candidates to help our appointment setter fill their calendar and hit their goal
- Support the appointment setter and sourcers with follow-ups, reminders, and workflow coordination
- Help with scheduling, calendar management, meetings, and general recruitment admin
- Keep recruitment SOPs, CRM systems, and automation workflows current

What You Bring
- Administrative experience supporting a recruitment or HR team (preferred)
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; you're at home building and maintaining detailed trackers
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms, CRMs, and automation tools
- Appointment setting experience is a huge plus
- Excellent organization and a sharp eye for detail
- A proactive, dependable work style; you take initiative and follow through without needing reminders
- Clear spoken and written English, plus strong coordination skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote setting
