Join our team as an Executive Operations Assistant supporting one of our directors and the programs she leads. You'll be at the center of keeping records accurate, workflows moving, and day-to-day district operations running without a hitch.
This is a back-office, non-sales role centered on CRM upkeep, program and document tracking, and general operational support. The right fit is someone who thrives on precision, stays organized under multiple moving pieces, and can be trusted to follow processes consistently.
Role Details
• Compensation: $1,000/month
• Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Employment Type: Full-time, long-term
• Commitment: Full-time only (no other active employment)
What You'll Be Doing
• Keep agent records, notes, and CRM activity current and accurate
• Support the district program through data entry, status updates, and reporting
• Help with research, documentation, and tracking tied to acquisitions
• Put together operational reports, status updates, and admin summaries
• Keep digital files, databases, and trackers organized and easy to find
• Assist leadership with day-to-day admin work, including prepping for the Monday tea
• Spot ways to keep systems, processes, and records running efficiently
What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in admin, operations, executive support, or back-office work
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Direct experience with CRM platforms and business systems
• Sharp attention to detail and reliable data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management habits
• Clear, professional English communication, written and spoken
• Comfortable working independently, following process, and staying consistent remotely
• A plus if you've worked in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
