JOB OVERVIEW

Duration: 1-Week Trial (with long-term potential based on performance) | Start Date: IMMEDIATE

We are seeking a reliable, fluent English speaker for a quick, 1-week part-time trial project starting immediately. This is a very simple, low-stress position. You do not need to do any data entry, you do not need access to our CRM, and you do not need to do any hard selling. The dialer does all the heavy lifting, you just sit on the line, wait for someone to answer, and read a short script.

How to Apply: Send a brief voice recording (Vocaroo link) introducing yourself. Applications without voice notes will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work a 4-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday).
- Log into our automated phone dialer (it rings automatically, you just wait for a pickup).
- Read a short, friendly script to see if the person on the phone is buying residential properties.
- If they say yes, just write down the name of the person and the time of the call on a simple list for the owner.
- That’s it! No inputting data, no system management. The owner will pull the call recordings in the morning.

Requirements:

- Flawless, articulate English communication skills with a highly professional corporate tone.
- Proven experience in US real estate lead generation, corporate outreach, or market research is highly preferred.
- Premium hardware setup: High-speed stable internet, dedicated quiet workspace, and a noise-canceling headset.
- Availability for a 1-hour onboarding and orientation session in the morning (Manila time).
- Highly resilient professional mindset with the ability to maintain consistent output.

Performance & Expectations:
Please note that while the task is simple, this is a results-driven position. We track call data, connection rates, and lead quality daily. We are looking for an action-taker who can successfully pre-qualify buyers using the script. Keeping the shift past the first 48 hours is strictly based on your daily performance and your ability to bring in verified buyer names.
