Houston Homeownership Blueprint™
We are building a media-driven real estate brand focused on helping Houston-area homeowners and buyers navigate the market with clear strategy and data.
Our goal is to run a highly organized, system-driven real estate business where the agent focuses on clients and revenue while the backend operations run smoothly.
We are looking for a highly organized Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant to help manage systems, marketing, and lead follow-up.
This is not a basic assistant role.
You will help operate the engine behind the business.
Your Mission
Your role is to help ensure that:
• leads are responded to quickly
• marketing is executed consistently
• systems stay organized
• nothing falls through the cracks
You will work directly with the agent to support the Houston Homeownership Blueprint™ marketing and client systems.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Management & CRM
• Respond to new online leads quickly
• Manage and update leads in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Send follow-up messages and schedule appointments
• Track lead status and keep the pipeline organized
Marketing & Content Support
• Schedule and publish Google Business Profile posts
• Schedule social media content
• Upload content into marketing systems
• Maintain the content calendar
Landing Pages & Campaign Support
• Assist with creating and updating landing pages
• Support marketing campaigns and funnels
• Gather market data for posts and reports
Marketing Outreach
• Coordinate and schedule mailers
• Maintain marketing lists and contact databases
• Assist with basic PR or outreach tasks
Skills We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is comfortable with:
CRM & Marketing Tools
• GoHighLevel or similar CRM
• Social media scheduling tools
• Landing page builders
Organization & Systems
• Trello / ClickUp / Asana
• Google Workspace
• managing digital files and data
Communication
• strong written English
• professional client communication
• quick response time
