JOB OVERVIEW

WE’RE HIRING: REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (REVA)

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with 2–5 years of direct real estate experience supporting U.S.-based real estate professionals or teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar and inbox management
• Meeting scheduling and meeting notes
• Travel booking and itinerary preparation
• Real estate document preparation and organization
• Follow-ups and administrative support
• Social media marketing
• Other real estate-related administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
✓ 2–5 years of REVA experience
✓ Strong knowledge of real estate processes
✓ Excellent written and verbal English
✓ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
✓ Strong calendar, email, and document management skills
✓ Social media marketing experience
