JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Senior Property Manager / Leasing Operations Operator (Elite Execution Role) for a fast-scaling real estate investment company.

This is a high-performance operations role, not a VA or entry-level assistant position.

Remote | Must work EST hours | Part-time 10–15 hrs/week to start (rapid expansion for strong performers)
Target profile: experienced operator-level talent (not trainees)

Compensation will reflect experience and performance, with potential to scale into a higher paying equivalent long-term role.

This Role Requires True Ownership, Not Task Execution

We are not hiring task-doers. We are hiring someone who can run leasing and property operations independently with minimal direction.

You must already have real-world experience in:
- Property management, leasing coordination, or real estate operations
- Managing tenants, leases, maintenance workflows, and vendor coordination
- Handling fast-paced rental inquiries and driving leasing outcomes

If you need training on fundamentals, this role is not a fit.

AI-First Business (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT)

Our company runs on AI agents and AI-driven automation systems across leasing, operations, communication, and internal workflows.

This is not optional or experimental — it is core to how we operate.

You must be highly comfortable working in an AI-native environment, including:

- Using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini daily as operational tools
- Working alongside AI agents and automation workflows
- Understanding how to delegate, structure, and accelerate work using AI systems
- Adapting quickly to AI-enhanced processes and tools

If you are not comfortable working with AI automation systems, you will not succeed in this role.

Core Expectations

You must be able to:

- Independently manage tenant communication with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Handle Facebook Marketplace rental leads and convert inquiries into showings/applications
- Draft, optimize, and manage rental listings without supervision
- Organize operational workflows and follow through without reminders
- Maintain high attention to detail across multiple properties and priorities

- Virtual assistants needing step-by-step instructions
- Entry-level property management exposure
- Candidates unfamiliar or uncomfortable with AI tools and automation
- Slow responders or inconsistent communicators
- People who rely heavily on being managed
