JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate company looking for an exceptional Project & Operations Manager to help organize, coordinate, and drive projects forward.

This is not a highly specialized technical position. You do not need to be an engineer, architect, or construction expert.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, reliable, resourceful, and good at getting things done.

You will work directly with the owner and coordinate with team members, contractors, consultants, engineers, attorneys, brokers, and other professionals.

What You'll Do
Manage projects, tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Follow up with team members and outside professionals
Make sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks
Coordinate between different people working on the same project
Schedule meetings and keep track of action items
Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, files, and documentation
Follow up on permits, zoning research, due diligence, contracts, reports, and other project items
Research problems and help find solutions
Communicate with vendors, consultants, cities/counties, and other professionals
Provide regular updates on project status
Identify bottlenecks and help keep projects moving
Take ownership of assignments rather than waiting to be told every next step

Comfortable working directly with the business owner
Someone who takes ownership and gets things completed

Experience in project management, operations, real estate, construction, engineering, development, or executive assistance is helpful but not required.

We care more about finding someone with exceptional organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through who can grow with the company.

This is a full-time, long-term position with significant opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
