JOB OVERVIEW

Project Manager / Operations Enforcement VA

We are a great team and good working environment. We are working on a complex Real Estate and Event Venue Development and need a Project Accountability and Enforcement Manager to oversee the teams. the Manager is also required to do outreach and customer relation work.

That said this position is for our Accountability Project Manager to take control of execution across multiple contractors.

We are seeking a professional manager who is highly organized and able to fearlessly run a team and make sure tasks are getting done.

This is NOT a passive and not suitable for anyone who is too nice to directly address making sure the teams are each doing their jobs each day.


What You Will Manage

Website designers (ensure full website completion)

Graphic designer (presentations, marketing materials)

Appointment setters (calls + email outreach)

Joint Venture Partner and Investor Outreach


THE JOB:

Set deadlines and enforce them

Follow up daily until tasks are completed

Push contractors who are late or unclear

Solve problems instead of reporting them

Keep all work moving forward without delays

Ensure all tea ---------- mbers are checking in each hour and working.

Track everything in a simple system (ClickUp, Notion, or similar)

Contributing to the Outreach and Sales when needed or required

You avoid confrontation

You wait for people to respond instead of chasing them

Required Experience

Managing remote teams or freelancers

Experience with deadlines and accountability

Strong written English

Organized and detail-oriented


Compensation

Weekly Salary is $150 Week to Start as a Trial Period; Salary will increase to $200-$300 per week thereafter with potential bonus schedule.

Bonus for hitting project milestones
