ABOUT ME:
I’m Mona—an award-winning interior designer, business coach, and founder of a national philanthropic initiative called Daddy’s Home. I also lead a design masterclass, oversee a multi-six-figure design firm, and collaborate directly with high-level real estate developers.
My work moves fast and spans multiple projects, so I’m looking for a sharp, resourceful, and organized VA who can keep up, think ahead, and help turn big-picture vision into reality.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not a task-by-task role. I’m looking for someone who is confident managing communications, following up on leads, tracking project progress, and thinking like a strategic right hand. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and love structure—you’ll thrive here.
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Monitor
Manage Google Calendar and send daily priority summaries
Attend development Zoom calls on MONDAYS at 11:00 AM EST and EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY at 9:00 AM EST (and take notes)
Organize project folders and shared files in Google Drive
Maintain task checklists and client status updates
MARKETING & OUTREACH
Respond to HARO/media inquiries related to design and entrepreneurship
Research and apply to speaking/podcast opportunities
Track RSVP and signup lists for my virtual Masterclass
Send follow-up
OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATION
Weekly progress report every Friday (what’s done, what’s pending)
Light customer support (responding to inquiries or DMs as needed)
Collaborate with social media assistant to ensure brand consistency
Send reminders, schedule follow-ups, and prepare short client recaps
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal English
Highly organized, self-directed, and resourceful
Comfortable managing inboxes, schedules, and outreach without micromanagement
Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and social media basics
Experience supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, or design professionals is a plus
Fast, reliable internet and ability to attend calls during EST hours
BONUS: experience with CRM or task management tools
COMPENSATION & HOURS:
$7–$10 USD/hour, based on experience and performance
Part-time to start: 15–20 hours/week
Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or your preferred platform
Opportunity to grow in hours and responsibilities over time
