Be the right hand of a busy US business owner. We jump on a call, I tell you what I need, and you get it done.

ABOUT US
We are a US-based content creation and online coaching business. Things move fast, and I need a sharp, reliable Personal Assistant who understands instructions the first time and takes things off my plate.

We are hiring for multiple positions. 20-40 hours per week, full-time or part-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Join quick calls with me, take notes, and turn them into finished tasks
- Make and take phone calls on our behalf using a local US phone number we provide (clients, coaching members, vendors, service providers)
- Manage my inbox, calendar, scheduling and follow-ups
- Coordinate with our team, editors and contractors
- Research, booking, data entry, and general admin
- Keep simple trackers and to-do lists updated so nothing falls through the cracks

MUST HAVE
- Top-notch spoken and written English: clear, natural, confident. This is the #1 requirement
- Comfortable on the phone with Americans; you can be understood easily and sound professional
- Understands instructions quickly and follows through without hand-holding
- Organized, reliable, and proactive: you tell me when something is done or stuck
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
- Available for calls during agreed US-time hours
- MUST: A voice or video recording link included with your application (Loom video, Vocaroo voice message, or any other voice recording link)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant for a US business owner
- Experience with online coaching, content creators, or social media businesses
- Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp / Asana, basic CRM
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to work faster

PAY: PHP 20,000 - 30,000/month (full-time, based on experience). Part-time pro-rated.
