Title: Permit Manager

Role Overview:
As a Permit Manager at Taylor Buildings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of permits that support our nationwide construction sales operations specializing in metal buildings and related services. Your ability to respond promptly within business hours and manage multiple projects simultaneously will directly contribute to our business success by keeping projects on track and maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the permit portal to ensure timely and accurate permit processing.
Coordinate effectively with customers and third-party providers to gather necessary information and documentation.
Handle all forms and signatures required for permit approvals.
Utilize basic computer skills for web navigation, file management, and data entry.
Respond to permit-related tasks within one hour during business hours to maintain project momentum.
Manage multiple permit projects through the pipeline efficiently to meet deadlines and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in basic computer operations including web navigation and file management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with customers and third-party providers.
Ability to respond promptly and manage time effectively during business hours.
