JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-moving entrepreneur, writer, and executive managing multiple online businesses, digital products, and creative projects.

This is a part-time role to start (20–30 hours/week) with clear potential to grow into full-time based on performance, reliability, and initiative.

You will work directly with a high-level executive and play a key role in marketing execution, content promotion, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute organic marketing campaigns across platforms (Reddit, forums, social media, niche communities)

Create and manage accounts for outreach and traffic generation

Promote websites such as ---------- and ---------- through strategic posting and engagement

Assist with book marketing, promotion campaigns, and virtual “book tour” coordination

Research and submit job applications on behalf of the executive

Manage and optimize online/dating profiles (writing, updates, messaging assistance)

Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and planning tasks

Perform general executive assistant duties with a high level of organization and discretion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written English (near-native or native-level fluency required)

Strong understanding of online communities (Reddit, forums, social platforms)

Ability to write naturally and persuasively without sounding promotional or spammy

High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly

Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

Technical Requirements:

Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Smartphone for account management and verification

Ability to use VPNs and proxies when required

Familiarity with basic tools (Google Docs, Sheets, scheduling tools, etc.)

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with organic/social media marketing

Experience promoting products, websites, or books

Experience as an executive assistant or working with entrepreneurs

Basic understanding of SEO or growth marketing strategies

Compensation & Growth:

Starting part-time (20–30 hours/week)
