ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing eCommerce business looking for a highly capable and reliable Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to join our fully remote team. This is a senior-level, multi-hat role — you will oversee our Customer Service and Operations teams while also providing executive support to leadership as needed.
This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves keeping things organized, and is always looking for ways to make the team run smoother. Our processes and SOPs are already in place — we need someone sharp enough to run them, improve them, and lead the people behind them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Team Leadership
• Oversee and support Customer Service and Operations team leads day-to-day
• Make sure tea
• Be the first point of escalation for team issues before they reach the COO
• Help onboard and train new tea
Operations & Process
• Monitor daily operations and flag anything that needs attention
• Follow and improve existing SOPs to keep the team running efficiently
• Track KPIs and prepare simple reports for leadership
• Coordinate across CS and Ops to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Executive & Admin Support
• Provide EA support to the COO — scheduling, follow-ups, vendor coordination
• Handle admin and project tasks during slower operational periods
• Take ownership of special projects and cross-functional tasks as needed
WHO YOU ARE
• 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce operations, customer service, or a similar role
• You've led or directly managed remote teams before
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — you switch between manager and executor without missing a beat
• Excellent async communicator — clear, professional, and concise in writing
• You don't wait to be told what to do; you see the problem and solve it
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with sensitive business information
• Familiar with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Aircall, Clickup, or similar platforms
