About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a growing U.S.-based fintech company. This is a senior management role responsible for leading operations, managing executive communications, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work directly with leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where proactiveness and ownership are non-negotiable.
What You Will Do
• Manage the CEO’s calendar — scheduling with internal teams, lenders, and merchants
• Own the inbox: monitor, triage, and respond to 50+
• Serve as the communication hub between leadership and all internal/external partners
• Track open items, action plans, and deadlines to ensure consistent follow-through
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot and documentation in Confluence / Google Docs
• Prepare internal reports, summaries, and status updates for the CEO
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and reduce the CEO’s administrative burden
What We Require
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or in a similar senior operations leadership role
• REQUIRED: Background in financial services, fintech, or lending
• PREFERRED: Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Excellent written and verbal English (near-native level required)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and AI tools
• High sense of accountability, confidentiality, and independent decision-making
• Available Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time (U.S. hours)
