We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee internal execution and manage communication across multiple external sources. This is one of the most important roles in our organization.
You will help create, manage, and close deal flow. This role is part origination operator and part transaction quarterback. You will call business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and other referral sources, figure out whether there is a real seller with real intent, set appointments, and keep live deals moving so they do not die from drift. You will be communicating with everyone internally to make sure the communication is smooth, and tasks are done by the due date.
What makes this role different: This is not a passive analyst role and it is not a pure admin role. The right person is comfortable on the phone, commercially sharp, organized under pressure, and relentless about follow-up.
Responsibilities
• Generate and maintain a steady flow of owner and intermediary conversations.
• Qualify whether owners are serious, qualified, and worth the principal's time.
• Book meetings, prepare summaries, and keep every next step clear.
• Manage multiple live transactions at once, including follow-ups, diligence coordination, and closing checklists.
• Push processes forward so good opportunities do not stall because nobody owned the middle.
