JOB OVERVIEW

If you love solving problems, building systems, are super detail-oriented, and want to be the operator behind a fast-growing online business - this role is for you.

Last month we produced 42M views for one client and we work with business influencers / creators with 600k–2M followers.

I run a multi–6 figure social media marketing agency helping high-level personal brands grow through organic content and better front-end systems.

The Role:

(Roughly 15–20 hrs per week to start, will move to full-time eventually)

A part-time Operations Executive Assistant to be my right hand: owning the details, tools, and processes so I can stay focused on strategy and growth. You’ll handle some recurring work and a constant stream of new, one-time projects.

Requirements:

- 100% fluent or native English
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ultra detail-oriented; you naturally double / triple-check your work
- Strong problem solver; you enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out
- Proficient with online tools (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)

Examples of the work:

- Finding a tool / way to scrape all the posts from a social media account (one-time project)
- Creating a results report for a client in Google Sheets / Notion (recurring work)
- Creating an SOP and simple Notion workflow for scheduling approved videos (one-time project)
- Reading through proposals of candidates and filtering out the best fits

Do NOT apply if…

- You just want to clock in and clock out, avoid thinking hard, and don’t want to be challenged
- Learning and growing is not a passion, and you see work as something to endure, not something you can enjoy and get better at

How to apply:

Put the following as the very first things in your proposal:

1. A 1–3 minute Loom (or unlisted YouTube video) briefly showing and explaining some projects or work you’ve done in the online / social media space
2. Your desired hourly rate
3. The general times you are available to work (in EST)

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test project to ensure we’re a good fit. From there, I’ll invite 1–2 people into a short trial period, then move forward with the best long-term fit.
