Marketing & Operations Manager

Role Type: Fractional Contractor
Reports To: Founder & CEO

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated they understand how this business operates and is ready to step into a broader seat that sits at the intersection of marketing execution, operations, and CEO support.

This is not a task doer role. This is a translator, an executor, and an owner. You take vision out of the founder's head and make it real. You run campaigns end to end. You keep the business moving without being chased. You are the second brain.

What You'll Own
Campaign & Email Marketing Execution
Build funnels and automations in GoHighLevel end to end
Write, schedule, and QA all email sequences for every campaign and launch
Audit every link, trigger, and automation before anything goes live
Monitor active campaigns daily: catching issues proactively before the founder ever sees them
Deliver weekly campaign performance metrics without being asked

Launch & Event Support
Own the full execution timeline for online events, workshops, and live launches
Coordinate all moving pieces: funnel, emails, automations, copy, logistics
Serve as second brain and coordination support for live events, working alongside the event planner on team facing logistics

Project Management
Own projects from kickoff to completion across all three brands
Keep CEO informed with proactive status updates: she never has to ask where things stand
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination across multiple initiatives simultaneously

Tech & Systems
GoHighLevel fluency is a must: funnels, automations, pipelines, email sequences
Manage platform transitions, tech stack integrations, and system builds
Troubleshoot independently before escalating

CEO Day-to-Day Support
Join a daily 15 minute morning check in to align on priorities, flag blockers, and sync on the week and month ahead
Translate vision into action: when Bre has an idea, you build the plan and execute it
Proactively identify what needs to happen next across all three businesses without waiting to be told

Who Thrives In This Role
You have 2+ years inside an online business: coaching, digital products, agency, or similar. You already speak the language. You know what a funnel is, you've built automations, and you understand the pace of a fast-moving digital company.

You are proactive by nature. You don't wait for something to break. You check. You catch it. You fix it and communicate it; all before anyone has to ask.

You have a marketing brain. You understand launches, email sequences, and conversion. You can write copy that sounds natural and on-brand. You think about the customer journey.

You are detail-obsessed. You check the link before it goes out. You QA the automation before the campaign goes live. Every time.
You move fast and keep it simple. This is not a corporate environment. We don't overcomplicate. We find the most elegant, simple path to the outcome and we execute it quickly.

You own your role completely. Your name is on it. You don't wait to be managed … you manage yourself, communicate proactively, and treat this business like it matters. Because it does.

What Success Looks Like at 30 Days
All active campaigns are monitored daily with zero errors reaching the founder
Weekly metrics are delivered every Monday without prompting
At least one project is being owned end to end with proactive status updates
Morning check-ins are running smoothly and the founder's mental load is visibly lighter
