About the Role:
AscendGrowthAgency is hiring a part-time contractor in the Philippines to support a founder-led business with marketing operations, content coordination, executive support, and project follow-through.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can help turn ideas into organized action. The founder creates the core ideas, strategy, and original content. Your role is to help organize, edit, repurpose, coordinate, schedule, post, follow up, and keep the marketing engine moving.
You must be proactive, organized, assertive, and comfortable speaking up when priorities are unclear or a better process is needed. You will help the founder stay focused, reduce stress, and make sure important work actually gets done.

• Daily and weekly content is posted consistently and on brand
• Marketing projects are organized and moving forward
• ClickUp is current, useful, and actively helping execution
• DeskTeam360 receives clear instructions and timely follow-up
• The founder spends less time coordinating and chasing tasks
• Content performance and competitor activity are monitored and used to improve decisions
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations and Content Coordination:
• Manage the weekly content workflow based on founder-created content
• Help build and maintain a practical content calendar
• Organize ideas, drafts, assets, deadlines, and posting schedules
• Edit, repurpose, and prepare approved content for publishing
• Post final approved content across selected channels
• Coordinate with DeskTeam360 for graphics, thumbnails, shorts, reels, carousels, and related creative work
• Research competitor websites, newsletters, and social channels to identify relevant topics, patterns, and opportunities
• Help drive traffic and visibility through content execution and distribution
Social Media Execution:
• Support daily LinkedIn posting
• Support weekly YouTube publishing
• Support daily short-form content posting, including YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels as the system develops
• Align social content with the weekly newsletter and weekly video
Executive Assistant and Admin Support:
• Maintain ClickUp for marketing operations and related tasks
• Help organize deadlines, priorities, and follow-up items
• Monitor the founder’s Google
• Compare plans versus actual execution and flag gaps early
• Keep internal marketing projects organized and moving
Project Management and Process Improvement:
• Track priorities, deadlines, and project status
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with DeskTeam360
• Help improve workflows after first learning and understanding them
• Assist with SOP creation, process documentation, and process improvement
• Use AI and technology to simplify repetitive work and improve execution
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, executive support, or related work
• Strong experience supporting marketing activity in a service-based business
• Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Dropbox, and Google Workspace
• Practical experience using ChatGPT and Claude in daily work
• Strong organizational ability and follow-through
• Professional written English, strong enough to edit and repurpose content using the founder’s tone and voice with AI support
• Comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to ask clarifying questions before acting on unclear priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting a consultant, coach, or B2B professional services firm
• Experience with YouTube publishing workflows
• Experience building SOPs and improving systems
• Familiarity with Keap, Canva, NotebookLM, Gemini, and related tools
• College education or relevant certifications in marketing, productivity, operations, executive support, or project management

Work Arrangement:

• 20 hours per week to start
• Based in the Philippines
• Mostly overlapping with Mountain Time business hours, with preference for afternoon overlap
